Jay Z and Mariah Carey are launching new beverages through Duane Reade and Walgreens.

Jay Z has already taken over the rap game, and he's now ready to try his hand at the beverage game. Both Jay and Mariah Carey (who's new single "Thirsty" now seems like a subliminal marketing scheme) will be launching beverages through Go N'Syde (helmed by former Def Jam head, Kevin Liles), each with a different flavor and target market.

Hov's drink will take its name from his New York club, '40/40'. It has an "Arnold Palmer-esque" flavor, and will target male sports fans. Mariah's on the other hand takes its name from her 1997 record, "Butterfly", and will be marketed towards "young to middle-aged women." We're not sure what the flavor of that one is, but we do know it's pink.

The drinks are available at Duane Reade and Walgreens, and are available for $1.99 a piece.

Will y'all be drinking Hov's new beverage? Or is Mariah's more up your alley?
