Top Dawg teases four possible 2018 releases.

As they say, the best laid plans often run the risk of coming up short. Yet that hasn't stopped TDE CEO Top Dawg from reaching for the stars. While he's already been enjoying a solid 2019 campaign, with the acclaimed Black Panther Soundtrack and Jay Rock's Redemption in the mix expanding his impressive repertoire. Many could be content to put feet on desk and leave it at that. Yet Top has all intentions on putting a stamp on 2018 before year's end; recall last year, when Kendrick's DAMN. and SZA's CTRL propelled the label to a dominant state. Is it possible for him to top the 2017 grind?

It would appear he's doing his best. Taking to Twitter, Top Dawg responded a curious fan asking about the remaining calendar year. "I have 2 more for y'all now," he admitted, "I'm trying for 4." Naturally, speculation ensued. We've already seen ScHoolboy Q return from a long break, hellbent on stirring up some hype for some upcoming music. If Q is dropping, perhaps we can also expect something from Reason, who has been putting out content of late. Isaiah Rashad is forever in the mix, destined to arrive at his own pace, but what of the fourth? Could it be Ab-Soul, who we last heard on the excellent Do What Thou Wilt? We can only hope.

Sound off below. Which of the TDE roster are you expecting by 2018? Shout out to Top Dawg for this one.
