For those who've always wished they could marry Jennifer Lopez, this year's been a tough one. She first publicly appeared with her current boyfriend, the ex-New York baseball player Alex Rodriguez (better known by his nickname, A-Rod) for the 2017 Met Gala and ever since, they've been publicly very tight and J-Lo's even appeared with a massive wedding ring on her finger. However, when USA Today asked J-Lo whether or not she'd marry A-Rod, she was evasive, sounding more as if she were talking about the grieving process after a death in the family: "We’re happy. We’re taking it day-by-day. And it’s great."
Don't get too excited though, she has "nothing but the most amazing things to say about Alex." He's also "an incredible friend, partner and father. And he's a family man. He’s just awesome." As she goes on, however, her praise gets a little more vague: "We have this great loving support system. You know no matter where you are that you’re rooting for each other."
She also clarified that her relationship is not all that, even though people see it as perfect: “everyone wants a fairy tale. They all want a romantic comedy, a happy ending.
