YNW Melly dropped off his album We All Shine on Friday, January 18, from behind bars. Kanye West features on "Mixed Personalities," a banger tucked away about halfway through the album. The G.O.O.D. Music creator employs autotune for the single, and takes over the chorus while also going back and forth with Melly on the verses. A music video for the single was released alongside the album drop, and the visuals are eccentric and entertaining with an artistic twist.
Directed by Cole Bennett, the "We All Shine" video places Melly in a robotic outdoor classroom where he spits game at a three-headed green female creature of some kind. The robots also get a bit of Melly's attention, while Kanye dances around the field. Although the entire video is captivating, I just can't keep my eyes off that three-headed green woman, and neither can Melly.
