Little Caesars was quick to fix this mess.

Little Caesars pizza has caught some bad media after a customer posted a video on Twitter that shows a cart full of DiGionio’s pizza inside the store, alleging that the company isn't even making its own pizza. The food chain is known for serving up "Hot and Ready" pies at any given time for only $5 but their slogan was quickly questioned after one video.

"This can’t be happening right in front of me," @vinandwesson captioned the video below.

DiGionio even chimed in on the tweet that has pulled in over 46K re-tweets, saying "We’re just as curious as you 😂” to a user asking for more details. “Of course, Little Caesars only serves freshly baked pizzas made from fresh dough. We think this is probably just a funny coincidence, but are investigating," a rep for the restaurant told PEOPLE

Upon further investigation, it seems as though the incident happened because this particular Little Caesars is located in a K-Mart and the store needed to store expired pizzas in the nearest fridge. The statement reads: “On that day, K-Mart received a few complaints from customers about having purchased expired DiGiorno pizzas from that location, and because it was so close to closing time, the K-Mart manager directed his employee to temporarily store them in a cooler adjacent to the Little Caesars location for disposal in the morning.”

Case closed.
