Playboi Carti took the stage at Rolling Loud Miami with a brand new album of material to perform. While it was thrilling to see the rapper perform songs that were not even a day old, one of the highlights of the performance came with the surprise appearance of ASAP Rocky, who performed collaborations like "New Choppa" and "Telephone" with Carti.
Rocky does not appear on Carti's new project, but the album is not without a healthy selection of guest appearances. Nicki Minaj, Young Thug, Lil Uzi Vert, Chief Keef, and Young Nudy all appear on the LP. Meanwhile, Pi'erre Bourne returns to produce the majority of the songs, as well as make a couple of appearances as a vocalist.
Rocky is expected to release an album of his own later this year. He spoke of the upcoming project in a recent interview. "This is going to be an amazing fucking album and I'm going to hopefully change a bunch of people's lives again," he said. "Hopefully people will make better music and influence me to make even better music."
