Chris Brown's actions from last year are creeping up on him.

As we know, Chris Brown was arrested last night in Tampa, Florida after hopping off stage and wrapping up his performance. The 29-year-old clearly wasn't fazed by the authority hold-up since sharing a photo to Instagram with the caption, "What’s NEW🙄????? Show tomorrow!!!! ❤️."

More details on his arrest have been revealed, and according to Page Six it all has to do with an alleged assault on a photographer that happened in April 2017. Apparently, Bennie Vines was hired by a club to take photos of Chris who was hosting an event. Bennie told police that while taking pictures, Chris punched him in the face but got away before cops showed up. Bennie denied medical treatment but went forward with a case against Chris since suffering a split lip.

The publication says Chris got out of jail by posting a $2,000 bond on the battery charge. Chris is no rookie when it comes to charges due to violence, in 2009 he pleaded guilty to felony assault after he assaulted his then-girlfriend Rihanna and in 2016 got arrested for an assault with a deadly weapon.

Chris is still on his Heartbreak On A Full Moon tour and is seemingly still going strong.
