"Crazy in Love" is the best song of the last century according to Rolling Stone.

Lists like these are generally inaccurate as they look simply at a select number of people's opinions. While the best song of the century could belong to Beyoncé for one person, the next may believe it is Adele's spot while another would rather see somebody else take the top spot. Rolling Stone regularly creates comprehensive lists like these and they seem to have done a pretty good job in gathering some of the best songs of the 21st century so far, including many of your favorite artists on the list. A huge honor to even be considered for such a title, Beyoncé and Jay-Z are owners to the top spot with "Crazy in Love" being voted as the greatest song of the century.

Filling out the top 10 are a few handfuls of tracks that are iconic and instantly recognizable from M.I.A.'s "Paper Planes" to OutKast's energetic "Hey Ya!" and the unforgettable piano spots in Kanye West and Pusha T's "Runaway." Filling out the top 10 are Lorde, Jay-Z's "99 Problems" and, of course, Adele with "Rolling in the Deep." While they weren't quite "great" enough to crack the best 10 songs of the century, Kendrick Lamar, Missy Elliott and Eminem were close, ranking near the top for their respective anthems.

While it is clearly partial in some areas, the list does a good job in looking at the different musical genres to see what has influenced people on a larger scale. Do you agree with the rankings? Check out Rolling Stone's list here.
