Though some might still know her primarily as the troubled "Cash Me Outside" teenager from that infamous episode of Dr. Phil, many rap listeners are beginning to recognize Danielle Bregoli more for her recent work as Bhad Bhabie. The viral sensation has translated a rabid fan base into multiple successful single, including "These Heaux," which landed itself a spot on the Billboard Hot 100 earlier this year.
In a recent interview with the chart giant, Bregoli chatted about a variety of topics, not the least of which was her experience starring in Kodak Black's music video for "Everything 1k," which happened by fluke.
In the end, it was an experience that Bhad Bhabie won't soon forget. "I didn’t even handle it," she admitted. "I was so new to this. I recently met Kodak. Everyone always says, 'Oh, she f**ked Kodak. She’s dating Kodak.'" However, as she pointed out, that couldn't have been further from the truth. "I just met Kodak at Day N Night [Festival] in September. I FaceTimed him in like, February. [Points to manager] he was there the whole time. I don’t know how you f**k over the phone."
Besides those pesky sex/relationship rumors, Bregoli also addressed the various haters that she's encountered online - a group that ultimately fuels her creative drive in the music industry. "I really don’t care. I mean, I knew there were haters, I just didn’t know there were ridiculous haters," she said. "I’m just kind of taking what I get and making the best out of it, honestly."
