Rick Ross was recently accused of domestic violence by an ex-girlfriend, and as it turns out, the charges have not been made official.

Rick Ross had previously made it clear that he would not be attending his upcoming court dates. The artist is facing allegations of domestic violence from his ex-girlfriend, Jazzma Kendrick. These allegations subsequently led to his arrest, although he was eventually released that same day.

On Thursday, October 22, he was supposed to have an arraignment. His lawyers were present for the proceedings; however, they ultimately got delayed. Why? Well, as it turns out, formal charges have yet to be filed.

According to AllHipHop, the case has not been dismissed. Instead, the proceedings are being delayed until further notice. At this time, there is no current court date for Ross' next attempt at an arraignment.

For those who may be unaware, Ross had been accused by Kendrick of slapping her and slamming her into a wall. She says she was tagged in an Instagram post, which led Ross to question her about allegedly sleeping with someone else. Kendrick alleges that every time she would deny the allegation, Ross would strike her.

Ross has denied these allegations. Furthermore, his legal team is questioning the woman's decision to go to the police about a month after the alleged incident.

This remains a developing story, and we will be sure to provide you with updates as they come in.
