Gorgeous Doll says she's "clearing her name."

Gorgeous Doll is apologizing to Kai Cenat after bringing their alleged private history to social media, but she has not taken back her claims about a pregnancy and abortion. The influencer initially shared a lengthy storytime alleging that she and Cenat were involved several years ago and that she became pregnant with twins. She claimed they discussed two options: raising the children with Cenat’s support or terminating the pregnancy.

Gorgeous Doll alleged that Cenat agreed to pay $200,000 for the procedure, but ultimately sent her $150,000. Those claims have not been independently verified. Cenat has not publicly confirmed her story.

In the apology, reposted by The Shade Room, Gorgeous Doll said she was sorry because the situation “should have NEVER hit the net,” explaining that she and Cenat had agreed to keep it private. She said she had been “gang stalked and lied on” for 16 months and wanted to clear her name. She also said she did not intend to hurt Cenat or damage his character, describing the situation as something they both went through.

Gorgeous Doll Is Fed Up

The apology appears to be about making the story public, rather than a retraction. Moreover, reportedly Gorgeous Doll continued to stand by her account and later denied that Cenat’s attorney prompted her to apologize. She said she was addressing the backlash and explaining why she had shared the story in the first place.

HNHH previously covered Gorgeous Doll’s original allegations, noting at the time that Cenat had not responded. The story has since drawn renewed attention online, with viewers debating why she decided to discuss the alleged relationship now and what she meant by “clearing” her name.

For now, Gorgeous Doll’s apology has added another turn to a story that began with her allegations and quickly spread across social media. She has said she wanted to close the chapter, while still maintaining that her account was real. Whether Cenat chooses to respond remains to be seen.
