Lil Durk VICAR Trial Unlikely For October
These VICAR charges allege that Durk ran a criminal enterprise. These charges are related to Durk's murder-for-hire case. In fact, the prosecution originally wanted these charges to be included in the first trial. However, the judge felt as though the allegations were presented too late and would not be fair to the defense.
Once again, Lil Durk is facing life in prison if convicted. If he beats the case, then he will be free, as there are no other pending charges against him. While nothing is guaranteed, his legal team must be feeling confident after their previous acquittal.
