A$AP Rocky found himself back in Sweden on Monday, years after his situation where he was kept in custody by authorities.

A$AP Rocky is currently in the midst of his "Don't Be Dumb" world tour, and on Monday, he found himself in Stockholm, Sweden. This is a city that has some deep ties to Rocky, especially when you consider what he went through in 2019.

For those who don't remember, Rocky was arrested and detained in Sweden for nearly a month following an alleged altercation. This subsequently led to tweets from President Donald Trump, who infamously said: "Get home ASAP, ASAP."

Eventually, Rocky was able to come home from Sweden, and then went back just a few months later for a comeback show. On Monday, he returned to the country for the first time in seven years, and it was certainly a triumphant moment for the artist.

A$AP Rocky Is Back In Sweden

There are plenty of artists out there who would vow to never return to the country that incarcerated them. It is easy to see why. After all, no one would be mad or confused if Rocky said the place left him with too many bad memories.

His stop in Sweden comes amid a successful year for the artist. He finally released Don't Be Dumb and then went on one of the biggest tours of the entire year. He has seen sold-out crowds all over the United States, Canada, and now, Europe. His show in Stockholm is further proof that the artist is in high demand right now.

Rocky isn't the only one touring this year. Don Toliver and J. Cole have also done big numbers with their respective tours. It just goes to show that while rap hasn't been dominating the charts, the fans are still coming out to support the performances.
