Jam was the star witness for the prosecution as he pointed the finger at Durk immediately. In fact, over the weekend, he issued a strong message to Durk on Instagram, which some fans felt to be in poor taste given the circumstances.
Regardless, Jam remains steadfast in his decision to testify against the rapper. Durk's dad, Dontay Banks Sr., has been particularly disturbed by Jam's testimony. In an interview, he went so far as to say that the situation made him sick.

If convicted, Lil Durk faces life in prison. If he is not convicted, then he could be tried for a couple of other pending cases. Before this trial, the prosecution wanted to include other allegations in the overall case. However, the judge denied these motions, stating that it was simply unfair to Durk and his defense.
