A domestic violence case that led to Big Tigger’s arrest and a court order keeping him away from his family will not move forward criminally. The Fulton County District Attorney’s Office has declined to prosecute the longtime radio personality on charges arising from the dispute with his wife, Alicia Brown, according to court records obtained by TMZ. The outlet did not report prosecutors’ reasoning for the decision.
Tigger, whose legal name is Darian Morgan, was arrested in June after Brown accused him of injuring her during an argument at their Georgia home. Arrest records alleged the confrontation escalated while the couple fought over his phone and later moved into another part of the house, where Brown said Morgan shoved her into a door. She suffered a cut above her eye that required stitches. The case included an aggravated battery charge and a child cruelty charge because one of the couple’s children was allegedly close enough to hear the confrontation. Tigger posted a $10,000 bond and publicly denied the allegations, saying he trusted the legal process to establish what happened.

Video Added Another Layer To Big Tigger And Alicia Brown’s Dispute
The accusations quickly moved beyond police paperwork. Brown obtained a temporary protective order requiring Tigger to remain 200 yards away from her and their children while giving her temporary custody of the minors and exclusive use of the family home. She also accused him of pressuring her to deny the alleged assault and threatening that she would “lose everything” if she spoke publicly.
Footage from inside the home later became part of the public debate over what occurred. One Ring camera clip showed Tigger approaching Brown before the two struggled and moved partially out of view. Another video that surfaced weeks later showed Brown holding onto Tigger’s phone while he repeatedly tried to take it back as they wrestled on the floor. That second clip prompted supporters of the former Rap City host to argue that the videos complicated Brown’s account of their physical encounters, although the footage did not establish the full circumstances of the incident that led to his arrest.
Tigger maintained from the beginning that he did not commit the offenses alleged against him. “I unequivocally deny every allegation that has been made against me,” he said after his arrest, adding that he would cooperate with authorities and allow the case to move through the courts.
