Drake recently posted a photo of a CD that said "FEAR OF MISSING OUT" and it has led to anticipation for a new album.

Drake has had a massive year with three album releases. In the span of one night, the artist dropped ICEMAN, MAID OF HONOUR, and HABIBTI. It was a truly impressive display, and fans have been running up the numbers on these albums.

However, despite the hard work, there has been this underlying sense that Drake might not be done. That he could end up releasing another album closer to the end of the year.

This would be massive, all things considered. Drake has reclaimed his throne as the biggest rapper in the world, and fans would love to get even more new music from him.

Last week, Drake posted a CD case that said "FEAR OF MISSING OUT," and this immediately led to speculation that this was the name of his next album. Fans began crafting theories online, including one young kid named Ollie, who was eager to proclaim Drake as the GOAT. Ollie also speculated that the new album is coming soon, and wouldn't you know it, Drake liked the video.

Is "FOMO" A Drake Album?

Drake loves doing this kind of thing on social media. He has no qualms about stirring the pot and forcing his fans into various theories. Now that this "FOMO" post is out in the ether, speculation is running rampant, and he loves every second of it.

Whether or not Drake is actually going to deliver a new album before the end of the year remains to be seen. It's possible, but he's already dropped over 40 songs' worth of material this year. It's hard to imagine another quality album arriving before the end of 2026.

If Drake does drop, we will be here to document it.
