Pierre "P" Thomas, the CEO of Quality Control, suffered a heart attack last week and was admitted into the ICU. There were false reports online that he passed away, although those reports were quickly debunked.
Since that time, Thomas has been recovering in the hospital and has received well wishes from the music industry. Today, TMZ offered a new update on Thomas. A source close to the music mogul has confirmed that his health is improving. He remains in the hospital, but things are progressing in the right direction.

Over the weekend, we reported that Thomas' mother had taken to social media with a message about her son's health. She criticized those spreading false rumors about his death. Furthermore, she revealed she believes someone is responsible, and that it makes no sense for him to have had a heart attack.
"Let me straighten y'all all out," his mother began "First of all, my son is not dead. No matter what my son has done to me, no matter what he's done to you, he's still my child. Somebody did this to him, and I know it because there's neurologically no reason [for the heart attack]. Pierre is alive. Is he well? No. But don't count nobody out... We reap what we sow in this life... I can't just walk away from my child like that and he's incapacitated. But cut the lie... My son is not dead. I don't know who gave TMZ that story, but cut the lie. He's healing. He's recovering. And I'm here. He rising up like Lazarus."
