6ix9ine has had his fair share of history with Lil Durk, although that isn't stopping him from offering the artist advice.

6ix9ine has been one of the largest critics of Lil Durk over the past few years. Durk was quick to call Tekashi a snitch and a rat back in the day, which did not sit right with the rainbow-haired artist. This subsequently led to taunts about the death of King Von, and Durk's inaction in the immediate aftermath.

In fact, 6ix9ine's comments about Lil Durk will be shown to a courtroom in the latter's murder-for-hire trial. The trial begins today in Los Angeles, and prosecutors believe 6ix9ine's interview with Wack 100 and DJ Akademiks is proof that Durk felt peer pressure. For instance, in the interview, 6ix9ine asked Durk to "slide for Von."

This week, 6ix9ine did a stream with DJ Akademiks in which he was asked about Durk's situation. Specifically, Ak wanted to know what Tekashi would have done from a legal perspective if he was in Durk's shoes.

6ix9ine stated that he would have hired lawyers for himself, OTF Vonni, and OTF Jam. That way, a legal "dream team" is established in which each defendant has a superstar lawyer. Furthermore, all of the lawyers are under one firm, with their paralegals collaborating to do the legwork. 6ix9ine believes this is a deterrent for snitching, as whatever OTF Vonni and Jam do would get back to him.

Akademiks was quick to agree with 6ix9ine, stating that this is actually something he told his audience way back when. At the time, however, his audience wasn't understanding why the one law firm strategy was so important.

With jury selections going down in Los Angeles today, there is no denying that Durk's case will receive coverage across the journalistic spectrum. Stay tuned to HNHH, as we will be sure to bring you all of the latest updates.
