An attempt to remind Doja Cat about an old slight ended up producing something much less dramatic than another Rap feud. While Doja was praising BIA’s recent collaboration with Fred again.. during a livestream, viewers began pointing out that BIA had allegedly shaded her in the past. Doja was not interested in reopening it.
“I don’t give a f*ck about that,” Doja told viewers. “I’m not in high school. I’m a 30-year-old woman.” Her response came while she was playing BIA’s music and complimenting her performance on the Fred again.. track, calling it “so f*cking nasty.”
That reaction apparently reached BIA. The following day, she addressed Doja directly on X and took responsibility for whatever she had contributed to their past tension. “THANK YOU @DojaCat,” BIA wrote. “I genuinely apologize for anything i ever said that was shady. I appreciate u playing my songs. I’ve always liked your music as well. Wishing you nothing but peace love and blessings.”
Doja responded, “No worries hope you’re having a good day 🩷🙏🏽.”

Looking Back At BIA & Doja's Relationship
The history between them stretches back several years. Both rappers appeared on the 2020 remix of Cousin Stizz’s “Perfect,” and accusations of tension surfaced around that period. Exactly what BIA said has become harder to pin down with certainty as old posts and secondhand accounts have circulated.
Doja’s response also avoided turning the moment into a scorecard over who said what first. She has pushed back before against attempts to manufacture conflict between women in Rap, and here she seemed more interested in the music in front of her than something said years ago. BIA's beef with Cardi B, on the other hand, is still a raging fire.
