Get Home (Freestyle)
Tyga & King Los
Last summer, DJ Mustard helped Las Vegas singer JR Castro score his breakout hit, "Get Home," which also featured Quavo and Kid Ink. As the track continues to pick up steam, "Get Home" has now been remixed by Tyga and King Los, who each freestyle a verse over the sticky club production.
After announcing it a few months back, Tyga delivered on the promise of Rawwest Nigga Alive yesterday. On top of the previously released singles, "Dope'd Up" and "Baller Alert," the project hosted a collection of brand new music. Among the highlights is "The Feeling," which, like much of the rest of the project, features some dark, hard-edged production.
Tyga Feat. Chris Brown
With the clock striking midnight, Tyga gave us the green light to premiere his long awaited new mixtape, Rawwest Nigga Alive. Laced with 16 tracks in total, the follow up Fuk Wat They Talkin Bout features guest appearances from Chris Brown, Rick Ross, 2 Chainz, and more. Looking to highlight the tape, here goes one of its standout cuts called “Rumorz” featuring frequent collaborator Chris Brown. If anyone knows a thing or two about dealing with the media and rumors, it would definitely be these two.
Gone Too Far
With his upcoming mixtape, Rawwest Nigga Alive, set to arrive on January 15, Tyga decides to come through tonight and share a new record presumably in its support called “Gone Too Far.”
Tyga Feat. Rick Ross & 2 Chainz
Tyga is getting ready to drop his Rawwest Nigga Alive mixtape next week, and today he's shared a huge collaboration from the forthcoming album, with the winking title "Baller Alert". A sly reference to the Instagram gossip account that often covers the rapper's business, T-Raww flips the name into an exclamation announcing his presence (naturally, a siren plays a big part in the beat).
In My Room
Yellow Claw & DJ Mustard Feat. Ty Dolla $ign & Tyga
Yellow Claw is a Dutch EDM trio signed to Diplo's Mad Decent Records. They just put out their debut album, Blood for Mercy, and it features some big names from the hip-hop world. Fans of either genre will definitely appreciate "In My Room," a collaboration with DJ Mustard, Ty Dolla $ign, and Tyga, and due to its crossover appeal, it could become a big hit.
Tyga just turned 26 years old on Thursday and to celebrate the West Coast rapper decided to release a new track for the hell of it called “Happy Birthday.”
Tyga has come through with a surprise late-night drop, "Dope'd Up," the first track off his upcoming mixtape, Rawwest Nigga Alive. T-raww was recently feature on a Charlie Puth remix, and he's come back today intent to prove he hasn't gone off into the pop world.
One Call Away (Remix)
Charlie Puth Feat. Tyga
Charlie Puth made his entry into the hip-hop world by joining Wiz Khalifa on "See You Again," the video to which now has over a billion views. His recent collab with Lil Wayne, "Nothing But Trouble," has just begun climbing the charts, now at No. 86. For his latest rapper duet, he's recruited Tyga for the remix of his recent single "One Call Away."
Tyga's newly released tape Fuk Wat They Talkin Bout has a lot of dark moments, with much of it being devoted to reversing the media's recent narrative about his life, but thankfully there are some tracks that provide much-needed levity. Second track "Glitta" is one of them, finding T-Raww more focused on his jewelry and glamorous lifestyle than his naysayers.
Earlier today, we premiered Tyga's new tape Fuk Wat They Talkin Bout. It's chock full of songs that reflect the title's sentiment, but none more so than the closer, "$candal."
Travis Barker Feat. Kid Ink, Iamsu!, Ty Dolla $ign & Tyga
We heard the radio rip last week, but now Travis Barker has released his new West Coast crew track in it's full CDQ glory. Barker puts on for Cali by enlisting a who's who of artists from the region, with contributions from Kid Ink, Iamsu!, Ty Dolla $ign, and Tyga. Travis' production has also aligned itself with the post-Mustard sound of the area, delivering a much bouncier instrumental than we've previously heard from him.
100 (Radio Rip)
Travis Barker Feat. Kid Ink, Iamsu!, Ty Dolla $ign & Tyga
Drake and The Game just released a track called "100," but it certainly be the last song we hear under the title. Travis Barker has just dropped a new crew track that uses the same title, bringing West Coasters Kid Ink, Iamsu!, Ty Dolla Sign, and Tyga out for the occasion.
Tyga Feat. Boosie Badazz
Tyga continues to roll out new music from his upcoming Gold Album. After hitting us with the track "Hollywood Niggaz" last month, the former YMCMB artist decides to come through and share another new record for us today called "Pleazer" featuring Boosie Badazz.
The Americanos Feat. Lil Jon, Juicy J & Tyga
If you're looking for three rappers to feature on an EDM-influenced track, Lil Jon Tyga and Juicy J fit the bill perfectly. They've all appeared on tracks by big tent DJs at some point in their careers (Lil Jon has even played that role himself sometimes), and so it makes sense that DJ Felli Fel chose them to be featured on his newest project. Teaming up with fellow DJs Lex Larson and Louie Rubio, Felli's formed a group called The Americanos, and this is their first track, "BlackOut." Check out the high-octane banger, and let us know what you think in the comments.
With a release date originally meant for last Friday, Tyga finally comes through with the release of his new single “Hollywood Niggaz”.
Do It Again
Pia Mia Feat. Chris Brown & Tyga
With contributions from Chris Brown and Tyga, and an instrumental from Nic Nac (producer of "Loyal," "Ayo," etc.), Pia Mia's new single, "Do It Again," is already poised to succeed, but it doesn't change the fact that the singer has been building something of her own over the past year.
Tyga Feat. Gudda Gudda
It's been a while since we heard anything from Tyga, whose Gold Album seems to have been put in jeopardy by the drama surrounding Cash Money and Young Money for the past few months. For that reason, we're throwing it back to his 2011 tape Black Thoughts 2. This is "Bad Bitches," featuring Gudda Gudda and produced by Lex Luger.
Iamsu! Feat. Tyga
Next week, Iamsu! will deliver a mixtape with the 2Pac-inspired name of Eyes On Me (with a tour of the same name soon to follow), and following the release of the DJ Mustard-produced "Nothin' Less," he's linked up with Tyga for "Hella Good." It should be noted that the track bears little to no similarities with the No Doubt song of the same name.
Chris Brown & Tyga
After letting us hear their anticipated collaboration with ScHoolboy Q, "Bitches N Marijuana", which turned out to be poppier than we expected, the duo are back today with a track that leans more towards r'n'b than past cuts. Whereas the two past leaks found Breezy and Tyga on the rap tip with Nic Nac's bouncy West Coast production, "Remember Me" slows things down a notch with Chris singing the hook in addition to rapping a verse.
