Tip releases heartfelt statement on last night's senseless shooting.

T.I. has made an official statement following last night’s incident at Irving Plaza where Troy Ave pulled a Cheddar Bob and shot himself in the leg, before turning the trigger on others.

Taking to his IG a couple hours ago, Tip had the following message for the victims of last night's senseless act...

“My heart is heavy today. Our music is intended to save lives, like it has mine and many others,” the 35-year-old rapper wrote in the post. “My heartfelt condolences to the family that suffered the loss & my prayers are with all those injured. Respectfully, Tip.”

In total, 4 people were shot and 1 has been pronounced dead. Troy Ave was just recently arrested Thursday afternoon after footage surfaced online of him being the trigger man. If you missed all that, peep it here, and keep it locked as we continue to update you with further details as they become available.
