Smokepurpp and Murda Beatz both appeared in an Instagram story posted on the former's account flexing their chains and amulets. More importantly, Purpp took the opportunity to make a major announcement regarding their upcoming collaborative tape Bless Yo Trap, promising to see it through by the end of the month. The news will certainly excite fans who very much approved of their first single "123."

In the video Smokepurpp can be seen hushing down background chatter before continuing his sentence. Murda Beatz in his usual shaggy meets gold link chain attire, follows Purpp towards the camera lens, at one point shoving his diamond encrusted watch into full eclipse mode. Purpp's promises the mixtape's release "before May" stopping short of giving us a final date. These types of rushed decisions have a way haunting the messenger just as much as the recipient, if all else fails.

Bless Yo Trap is not a natural successor to last year's Deadstar which featured production from a consortium of producers, with a majority of it covered by Ronny J, who made a name for himself propping up Purpp, XXXTENTACION, Lil Pump, among others. Keep it locked for the drop, or any updates on the matter.
