This year marked the end of a three-year hiatus from Brooklyn soul collective Phony Ppl. After leaving fans waiting for a period of what's proven to be a successful bout of musical development, the crew returned with their mō'zā-ik album, and with it came some of the year's best sounds.
Now, they have returned with a new video for project standout "Way Too Far." In the clip, Phony Ppl resorts to cinematic output, taking a moonlit evening and transforming it into a vibrant scene that highlights all aspects of love, set in an apartment building.
Currently, Phony Ppl is wrapping up a supporting run alongside Pusha T, set to close out the months with dates in Philadelphia, Virginia, and New York for a double feature at Irving Plaza.
