Pharrell Will Open "Swan & Bar Bevy" Resto Lounge In Miami

Pharrell has made a killing in various fields of commerce, but Food & Beverage remained an elusive conquest up until now. It appears the ageless hip hop mogul will try his hand at opening a restaurant/bar in the Miami area. According to Boombox, the establishment named Swan and Bar Bevy will cater to an upscale clientele. The Swan and Bar Bevy are attached in name, but will operate separately as kitchen and cocktail lounge respectively. In some instances, the Bevy can act as a waiting pool for diners as management at the Swan maximizes table turnover.

While it seems likely Pharrell will not be part of the day to day operations of Swan and Bar Bevy, it looks as if he will kitcheoversee the inaugural phase and the design apparatus. Bar Bevy will serve specialty cocktails lightly themed after quirks set aside by Pharrell himself. Once the menu(s) are completed the establishments will open simultaneously in the fall.

Most of Pharrell's time has been spent producing the Roxanne Shante documentary Roxanne, Roxanne for Netflix. Apart from that, Pharrell is gearing up to get the old gang together just in time for the summer, as N.E.R.D. will embark on a tour of Europe beginning in Switzerland on July 6, and wrapping in France on August 24.
