Offset needs to pay up and put this case behind him.

Offset was previously sued by a Miami-based personal styling company for thousands of dollars worth of merchandise. The Migos rapper allegedly used The Meyhem Group's services while in Miami for Quavo's birthday in April and simply refused to pay for the apparel he purchased. The company said they gave Offset $11,699.60 worth of looks, adding how he "acknowledges he owes but still has refused to pay.”

According to TMZ, Offset had 45 days to file a response to the suit and his time is now up. The company is no calling on a judge to order the rapper to pay up. The Meyhem Group has no mercy for Offset, as they were looking to have their money yesterday.

We're not so sure how much time Offset will now have to deal with the case head on since he's finally embarked on The Aubrey And The Three Amigos tour after a few setbacks, to say the least. The tour kicked off Sunday night in Kansas City and saw the homies perform their beloved collaboration "Versace" for the very first time.
