With all the baby news surrounding Offset and Cardi B, we've forgotten about their supposed wedding plans that was the hottest topic at one point after Offset proposed to Cardi at Philadelphia's Powerhouse event eight months ago. Truth be told it was almost forgotten about with all the other reports that surround the couple, but it all makes sense now after new reports say they are already married.
According to TMZ, Offset and Cardi filed a marriage certificate in Fulton County, GA on September 20th, 2017. You can only file a marriage certificate with the court after a couple has proof that they really wed. So when Offset got down on one knee eight months ago in Philadelphia, the couple just did it for show (or Cardi requested it) to stunt on the media.

This past weekend when Offset was accepting his award at the BET Awards and he said he wanted to thank "his wife" he really meant it. The happily married couple recently chatted with Rolling Stone about their simple pleasures in life. "We work. With a day off, we'll be in bed all day, just enjoying each other's company. It ain't about going to no movie, no dinner, nothing. We can go eat McDonald's or Wendy's. She might want a chocolate Frosty," Offset said. "We done so much bizarre shit with each other – rings and cars and chains. We got that out of the way."
