Youngboy Never Broke Again has more legal problems on his table stemming from an incident that occurred at a concert in South Carolina. The rapper, along with Quando Rondo, is being sued by Youngboy's former DJ who claims the two attacked him during a show in December 2018.
According to The Advocate, Carl Caper has filed a lawsuit against Youngboy Never Broke Again and Quando Rondo claiming the two rappers punched an kicked him while he held down his role as Youngboy's DJ and tour manager. In the suit, it indicates that the concert in Florence, South Carolina on Dec. 21st was canceled “due to various reasons, one being an altercation/fight” between Youngboy and an audience member. The two rappers, their management, and entourage, as well as Capers, were escorted backstage.
Capers claimed that Quando Rondo demanded that he go to where the fight went down and locate a member of his entourage. Capers continued to claim that Bowman violently attacked him before NBA Youngboy joined.
"Even as Mr. Capers was on the ground and trying to reason with both his attackers to avoid further escalation of things, Kentrell Gaulden and Tyquian Bowman continued to violently attack Mr. Capers with the artists punching and kicking Mr. Capers in his face and other parts of his body,” the suit states.
Video of the incident surfaced on social media. Youngboy's lawyer said that he wasn't familiar with the incident or the lawsuit but was going to look into it.
