Juelz Santana's been dealing with some pretty serious legal issues for the past few weeks. Earlier in the month, the rapper allegedly ran away from TSA workers at New Liberty International Airport after a loaded gun was found in his carry on luggage. The rapper later turned himself into authorities and has been in sitting in jail since. The rapper was supposed to have his hearing today but that doesn't seem to be the case.
Juelz Santana's court hearing for his guns and drugs charges have been postponed, Billboard reports. The report says that it'll likely occur sometime this week. It also says that the delay occurred over jurisdiction issues. The rapper has already plead not guilty to the state weapons charges but the rapper still has federal charges he has to face for the incident as well.
The rapper was initially reported to have fled the Newark Airport after they found a .38 caliber handgun in his carry on as well as allegedly having oxycodone as well.
The legal issues he's currently facing is clearly putting some of his musical ventures on hold for the time being. The rapper recently joined the rest of The Diplomats in 2017 for their reunion show in NYC and there's been speculation they'll be dropping a new album soon. In addition, he's also been spotted in the studio with Lil Wayne on numerous occasions which is making many people believe that we'll be getting the long-awaited I Can't Feel My Face collab project soon.
