Will Ferrell and Molly Shannon, two entertainers who received their big break on the long-running sketch series Saturday Night Live, will be reuniting for a very special occasion, the forthcoming royal wedding.
The former co-stars will act as commentators for the noble proceedings in the guise of Cord Hosenbeck and Tish Cattigan, television personnel who are known for providing annual coverage of Southern California's Rose Parade.
The Funny or Die special, which is slated to air exclusively on HBO, will also include Tim Meadows and other guests who will be taking in the elegant extravaganza alongside the SNL alumni. The special will be broadcasted at 7:30 a.m. on May 19, and will most definitely come replete with an arsenal of satiric wisecracks.
