Travis Scott's genius is only beginning to be understood by many. Whether you like it or not, Travis Scott has played a large role in the way hip hop sounds in 2017. During his come up, he experimented with sounds in a way that not many were familiar with. His experimentation led him to work on Kanye West's 2013 album Yeezus. For Kanye West to co-sign anyone, it typically means that they think outside of the box. Travis has proven that time and time again, not only with his approach to music but also in the way he executes it in its presentation. In a new interview with Rolling Stone, he explained some ideas he had for his future tour plans.

During his interview with the publication, he revealed that on the AstroWorld tour, he's planning on doubling his concerts up as an amusement park with rides circling him as he performs. While the project itself has no confirmation date yet, he does say once it does drop, he'd like to continue to push the boundaries with his performances with this feature.

He told the magazine, "I don't know why it hasn't been done already – I think people just don't do shit. Who makes stages these days that are cool?"

The title for AstroWorld comes from an amusement park he used to visit when he was a kid in Texas. Unfortunately the amusement park is now closed. But the impact that the park had on Scott has clearly lives on. The profile even says that the animatronic bird he currently brings on stage with him during his performance were inspired by a visit to Legoland in San Diego.

Travis Scott is known for his live shows. The energy he brings to his live performances makes him arguably one of the performers in hip hop right now. While his persona continues to grow larger with each release, the amusement park idea is definitely going to be another way he innovates his performances.

Speaking of his performances, he popped up yesterday during DJ Khaled's set at iHeartRadio Music Festival. While there were no signs of animatronic birds or rollercoasters, he still delivered an A1 performance.
