In the midst of an onset of projects last week, A$AP Ant also dropped off his latest The Prelude EP. Boasting seven tracks in total, the EP gets kicked off with what is arguably its standout effort in the form of "Acne Jeans," featuring LuLu P.
On the cut, Ant lays down his penchant for the finer things in life, a common theme not lost on members and affiliates of A$AP, as he decares, "Look at the sauce, the drip / Prada, look at the kicks."
The Prelude arrives as only the latest in a recent wave of releases from the A$AP Mob, including Ferg's Still Striving, Twelvyy's 12, and the crew's compilation Cozy Tapes Vol. 2: Too Cozy. Currently, we're awaiting the follow-up to A$AP Rocky's At.Long.Last.A$AP album of 2015. The de facto frontman revealed earlier in the year while doing a show in Berlin that he had, in fact, completed the body of work.
