<a href="/profile/daveeast" class="text-word" target="_blank" >Dave East</a> is fresh off the release of his Paranoia 2 mixtape, which features guest appearances from <a href="/profile/ToryLanez" class="text-word" target="_blank" >Tory Lanez</a>, <a href="/profile/ti" class="text-word" target="_blank" >T.I.</a>, <a href="/profile/LloydBanks" class="text-word" target="_blank" >Lloyd Banks</a>, Marsha Ambrosius, and more. But rather than promoting that today, the Harlem native decides to revisit his original Paranoia project from September instead and drop off a new short film in its support for the song “The Hated,” featuring Mass Appeal boss <a href="/profile/Nas" class="text-word" target="_blank" >Nas</a>.




Directed by Kid Art, the 10-minute short film focuses around the gritty content &amp; lyrics of the record “The Hated,” while depicting the story of two uptown street hustlers &amp; the problems the streets bring upon them. It follows up his latest video for “<a href="https://www.hotnewhiphop.com/dave-east-and-crew-are-posted-in-harlem-for-legendary-music-video-new-video.43011.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Legendary,</a>&#8221; which dropped right after Christmas.
