Freddie Gibbs' new collaboration with HUF is finally here.

Freddie Gibbs' new collaboration with the streetwear brand, HUF, has released. The collection features a skateboard deck, a poker chip grinder, a golden pinky ring, as well as various shirts, sweats, socks, a hat, a pullover hoodie, and a souvenir jacket.

“HUF X Freddie Gibbs mixes Las Vegas glitz and casino icons with surreal graphics and cameos from Big Boss Rabbit and HUF’s Green Buddy,” HUF said in a press release, as noted by The Fader. “Straight from the strip and inspired by Sin City’s golden era, classic resort-wear pieces get a glow-up with couture-inspired patterns, iced-out graphics, and after-dark details.”

Gibbs previously promoted the HUF collection with a skit of him bombing while doing stand-up comedy. In the bit, he compared himself to 2Pac. “I wanted to be like 2Pac when I was coming up,” he explained in the video. “I was gonna call myself 1Pac.” He continued: “I was gonna be No. 1, even though he was 2Pac. I was gonna kinda be the second version of a ‘Pac. We was both gonna be ‘Pacs.”

The choice to use stand-up comedy to promote the merch isn't the first time Gibbs has ventured into a comedic career. In 2021, he took his Cokane Comedy series on the road, bringing along Danny Brown. Speaking with Vulture, last year, he explained that he grew up with an appreciation for stand-up. “That’s something I started doing last year just to display comics. I love comedy, man, and I love putting it out there. I grew up watching Robin Harris, Martin Lawrence, Richard Pryor, Bernie Mac, and guys like that, I just love that world,” he told the outlet. He continued: “Yeah, I’ve been dibbling and dabbling in it, trying to get better. It comes naturally. Being onstage, being a rapper, and talking to people all day, it’s kind of easy.”
