Get well soon, Deucifer.

Some haters go to insane lengths to see your downfall, and Duke Deuce apparently almost experienced an extreme instance of that. Moreover, the CRUNKSTAR took to Twitter to reveal his hospitalization and said that someone tried to run him over with a truck. Fortunately, he also maintained that they only hit his arm and didn't break any bones in the process. While we only know his testimony when it comes to this incident, it's worth acknowledging that the man in the hospital probably has the most important story in this process. Hopefully he recovers promptly, which seems to be the case based on his message.

"Hating a** n***a really tried to run me over with his truck yesterday but only hit my arm," Duke Deuce tweeted with a picture of him in the hospital. "No broken bones or nothing tho thank God, I'm a hard body n***a fr." Sure, some in the comments raised eyebrows at the idea that the Memphis MC went to the hospital for just getting hit in the arm. Still, better safe than sorry in most cases, and hopefully he isn't downplaying what actually went down.

Duke Deuce's Message After His Hospitalization

Meanwhile, this is distressing but hopeful news for Duke Deuce fans, who's been on an absolute tear for the past few years. Not only is he part of the class of rappers that revitalized the crunk genre and brought Memphis to the forefront of the game, but he did so by incorporating more elements of louder styles of rock like metal and punk. For example, there's his invigorating and hard-as-nails collaboration with Rico Nasty, "FALLING OFF," where his charisma and energy take center stage. Of course, Rico destroys her verse as well, matching that larger-than-life energy.

In any case, we wish Deucifer the best in his recovery, whatever might've happened with the "hating a**" truck driver. If you're interested in checking out more of his material, his most recent project Memphis Massacre III dropped last October. Features include DJ Paul, Gloss Up, Glockianna, and more across the energized and concise tracklist. For more news and the latest updates on Duke Deuce, keep checking in with HNHH.
