Katy Perry Says She Wants To Collaborate With Ice Spice

Katy Perry has revealed that Ice Spice is the up-and-coming artist with whom she'd most like to collaborate. During an interview with Buzzfeed, the "Teenage Dream” singer noted her love for the New York rapper's song, “Boy’s a Liar, Pt 2," with PinkPantheress

“Which up-and-coming artist you would love to collab with?” Buzzfeed asked Perry. She replied with "Ice Spice" and began singing the aforementioned hit song.

If Perry wants a chance to collaborate with Ice Spice, it might have to come on the upcoming deluxe version of her debut EP, Like..?. Spice recently revealed that she plans on dropping it this summer during an interview with Billboard. “I’m gonna put out a deluxe this summer,” she recently told the outlet. “Yes. So stay tuned for that. That’s on the way. I love the songs that I’m making. So I think that’s the most important part, just loving and having fun. People is gonna say, ‘Oh yeah, she’s here to stay.”

Ice Spice has been one of the biggest voices in hip-hop since the release of her breakout hit, “Munch (Feelin’ U).” In addition to the success of that song, “Boy’s a Liar Pt. 2” gave her her first top-three appearance on the Billboard Hot 100. Continuing her successful year, a remix of "Princess Diana" with Nicki Minaj peaked at number four on the Billboard Hot 100 after she dropped it last month.
