Lil Tjay showed off some new artwork on social media.

Lil Tjay is someone who has been at it for a while now. Overall, he continues to be seen as one of the best artists of his class. He is part of the younger generation that puts a whole lot of stock into melodies. Moreover, he is someone who reps New York quite heavily. Of course, New York is responsible for a new drill movement, and Tjay has been part of that. Fans love this sound, and it has certainly cemented its place within hip-hop as a whole.

That said, whenever you talk about Brooklyn or New York drill, you have to mention Pop Smoke. Pop Smoke tragically passed away a few years ago during a robbery. Subsequently, the artist had a posthumous album come out and it immediately rose to the top of the charts. Since that time, many of his peers have continued to honor his legacy, anyway they can. That includes Lil Tjay, who always looked up to the artist. Recently, Tjay was even able to show off a special piece of art that displays his love for Pop Smoke.

Lil Tjay Has Some New Artwork

For now, however, it remains to be seen where in his home he will decide to hang it up. No matter what, it is a nice commemorative piece that will always remind Tjay of one of his best friends and inspirations.
