Sometimes, couples go through a lot before finally deciding to get together. In fact, sometimes they don't even like each other at first. Moreover, during a RapTV interview, Blueface revealed that he hated his girlfriend Chrisean Rock when he first signed her. The interview, which was published on Wednesday (April 19), actually gave some interesting insight into their relationship dynamics as well, with the California rapper saying that every man cheats. Despite that take, he actually went into quite the detail when explaining the origin story of his relationship.
"To be very honest with you, at very first, I hated her,” Blueface recalled about when he first met Chrisean Rock. “Not hated her, but I thought she was too raunchy, too weird. And then the raunchy weird stuff started being good for the camera, I guess, so it started to stick. And she had a great impact on The Blue Girls Club." Of course, since then, the "Thotiana" MC saw the full extent of that raunchy weirdness, but also another side entirely. Even with all their ups and downs, they still enjoy each other's company. Blueface has actually come around on soon becoming a parent with her.
Blueface Speaks To RapTV, Recalls Hating Chrisean Rock At First
"What it really was she had lost her tooth on the show and I just felt like super guilty about it," Blueface continued. "I’m like, ‘Damn, I gotta change her life now because I felt like it was my fault.’ Ya know? I felt guilty. Before then, I had no intentions of managing anybody or signing any artists. Not relationship-wise but her being a star going bigger than big, I knew that was going to happen." Also, he added that he didn't think that him and Chrisean Rock would end up dating down the line.
Meanwhile, the 26-year-old is looking forward to his upcoming boxing match with TikTok star Ed Matthews. Interestingly enough, not much is known when it comes to how it came about, but a professional tussle is at least always fun to see. They had quite the heated back-and-forth online, and they let fans know of their preparedness to fight this Saturday (April 22).
