Big Sean stops by Jimmy Fallon and chops it up about his forthcoming album "I Decided."

Before he takes over the SNL stage tomorrow night, Big Sean decided to make his way by the NBC studios on Friday and serve as a special guest on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

Rather than taking the stage to perform however, Sean took a seat next to Jimmy and talked about this weekend’s SNL appearance, his first time meeting Kanye West, and obviously his forthcoming album I Decided, which he talks in-depth about the inspiration behind the cover. He explains...

“The concept of the album is ‘this is me & this is an older version of me (referring to the two men standing on the cover). It’s parallel right there with each other, but the name of the album is ‘I Decided.’ I realized my whole life changed when I decided.” He said. “I feel like life is ‘bout making right decisions at any point, or the wrong decisions.” “So the album is basically like having that wisdom of an old man while you’re young and going through life & figuring it out.”

Watch the full, 6-minute conversation (below), and look for I Decided to arrive February 3. Pre-orders available now on iTunes.
