By the time Wave was born, Cardi was ready to make an even more serious commitment, getting the young boy's moniker inked on her face, just above her jawline in red. "I tatted my son’s name because I love him," she explained at the time.
It's been several months since she first debuted the unique piece, and from the sounds of her latest tweet, she's only grown more fond of it. "I love my face tatt," the "Clout" artist wrote on Thursday (March 2). Along with the message, she shared a close-up screenshot of her and Offset's McDonald's campaign. As she gazes lovingly at her husband, Cardi's side profile reveals "Wave" written in cursive. She's clearly a big fan of her body art, however, not everyone who saw the post is in agreeance.
