Arrested for allegedly violating the terms of his house arrest, Kodak Black has been behind bars for two weeks now. And it seems he’ll stay there a little while longer.
The Sun Sentinel reports that the Broward Circuit Judge set a continuation hearing for March 20 to decide whether Kodak is a “danger” to the community. The rapper, whose real name is Dieuson Octave, was in court Friday to determine whether there was enough evidence to put him back in prison.
His probation officer was in court describing his attitude. In videos he posted online, Kodak can be seen arguing about his court-mandated anger management classes. As he walks into the building he looks into the camera and says he’s late for class. Yet, as he walks into the room, he argues with the person in charge that he’s right on time.
The rapper was arrested for failing to complete his anger management program, travelling to a boxing match in Ohio and attending a show at a strip club in Miami.
