Jadakiss is the latest New York legend to take a crack at "All the Way Up."

"All the Way Up" has got to be the surprise New York anthem of the year. Not sound-wise, but who would've thought that the Terror Squad's leading man and woman could've reunited for a smash hit in 2016? A couple of nights ago, as the song had entered its eighth week on the Hot 100 (now at No. 51), Joe unveiled a huge surprise by dropping the official remix at Yankee stadium, keeping it an all-New York affair with a rare guest verse from Jay Z that found him responding to his wifey's Lemonade controversy for the first time. Then last night, Meek Mill and Fabolous took a shot at the Cool & Dre production, and their remix, too, caused quite a stir, as Meek (yet again) took some not-so-subtle shots at Drake

Today, another New York don has continued the non-stop remix treatment by dropping off an "All the Way Up" freestyle of his own. Jadakiss recognizes that the bar has been set high, shouting out the two remixes that came immediately before him, but he certainly delivers with the freestyle that follows, giving some grimy street life to the summer party track.

Quotable Lyrics

They can tread water, but they can't swim enough
Nah, I'm built for the physical outing
Besides that, I'm filthy like municipal housing
