Jay Z and Beyoncé are getting ready to welcome two new members to their family. In any other arrangement, one or two extra bedrooms would suffice, but when you're a couple that's worth a combined $1 billion, that quickly turns into "the equivalent of a mid-sized hotel."

A source tells PEOPLE Magazine that the power couple have their eyes on the former estate of Aaron and Candy Spelling (parents of Tori Spelling), which was last purchased in 2011 for $85 million.

The report suggests that Jay and Bey are hoping to make L.A. more of a permanent home. They are said to have had a "secret" viewing of the 57,000-square-foot mansion recently.

According to Candy Spelling, who spoke to PEOPLE around the time of the sale in 2011, the house was "the largest home in Los Angeles County," and included a "bowling alley, wine cellar, three gift-wrapping rooms, library, gym, doll room, screening room and humidity-controlled silver storage room."

"When Beyoncé and Jay Z are not working, they live a very quiet life in L.A. They seem to prefer private gatherings to public outings," says another source. In 2015, the couple were renting a spot in L.A. for $150,000 a month, while splitting their time between the West Coast and New York.
