Oakland's Bobby Brackins came up with YG and Ty Dolla $ign. The three of them did a mixtape together, Young & Hungover, hosted by DJ ill Will & a young DJ Mustard, all the way back in 2011. Since, he hasn't achieved the status of his L.A. compatriots, but he's still part of the California sound that mixes the club with rap and r&b. And he's got it down.
