YG has been filled with a brazy energy leading up to the release of his banging sophomore LP. While in NYC, Funk Flex had YG spit a freestyle over one of his own beats, giving new life to March's "Fuck Donald Trump." Yesterday (June 17), when Still Brazy was officially released, he was back in his hometown, and he decided to stop by the studio of the LA Leakers, where he went all-out on some West Coast shit in a "Been Brazy" freestyle.
Over live-spun beats from DJ Sourmilk and Justin Credible, YG spits for almost three minutes straight. Shirt off, shades on, and locked into his Blood-red Beats, YG finds himself in a zone of menacing confidence. We knew he had the album format down pat, but we didn't know his freestyle game was this sharp.
