Though the charges are still unknown, it appears that South Florida rapper Kodak Black has been arrested. The news comes courtesy of DJ Akademiks, who obtained a video of Kodak being led into the backseat of a police SUV. The persons who filmed the video can be heard yelling out, "Project Baby!" referring to Kodak's nickname as well as the title of his first mixtape.
The above Twitter post also shows Kodak seated on the pavement while handcuffed. The arrest comes in the midst of Kodak's most successful year yet, with the release of his Institution mixtape as well as a high-profile guest feature on French Montana's Wave Gods.
