Chance The Rapper is on a mission to make Chicago great, and he wants everyone's input.
He and Liz Dozier went on Facebook Live earlier this afternoon to announce a new initiative for Chicago Beyond. The new effort will see them funding the ideas of young people, and not in chump change either. We're talking $2 million dollars per idea!
Chance and Liz advised any youngster who wants to get involved and potentially see their ideas pushed forward to submit 90 second videos on ChicagoBeyond.org. If the concept spoken about in the video is deemed worthy of the $2 million, Chicago Beyond will fund it. Simple as that (or at least that's how it sounds right now).
Anyone who wants to submit videos must do so before July 7th. You can watch their Facebook live video below.
