Apparently, Kendrick Lamar is taking notes from Migos. The celebrated rapper has announced that he will be performing a very special concert with the National Symphony Orchestra.
The event will take place October 20th at Washinton's Kennedy Center, and will find K-Dot reworking song from his latest opus, To Pimp A Butterfly, with the large collection of musicians. As far as we know, this is a one-time deal, so we're hoping there will be some cameras involved.
Nas gave Illmatic the same tratement in 2013, so Kendrick is in good company (and hopefully means we'll get to hear the album front-to-back). Tickets go on sale to the general public this Wednesday at 10 AM, and range from 35 to 99 dollars. Head here to make your purchase later this week.
