Last night, LA-based artist, Moxie Raia, surprised fans when she came out of nowhere and released her highly anticipated debut mixtape 931, which is named after her current apartment address. Led by the Pusha T-featured single “On My Mind,” the 10-track effort features guest appearances from Post Malone, Goldlink, Wyclef Jean, Buddy, and more.
