Wiz Khalifa's #1 single "See You Again" broke two streaming records this week.

We're seeing a lot of Spotify records being broken these days, which says more about the prevalence of streaming than anything, but while Drake and Kendrick's recent triumphs could be seen from a mile away, Wiz Khalifa's new records are rather surprising.

"See You Again," which makes the jump to number one on Billboard's Hot 100 this week (unseating the unfuckwithable "Uptown Funk"), made its way there largely through streaming, setting the record for most streams in day (4.2 million) and most streams in a week (21.9 million from April 6th and April 12th).

The video for the song, which honors the late Paul Walker also has upwards of 50 million views, which would also have counted toward the record's chart placement. We'll have to see how long it can hold on to the top spot. This is the song that caused Amber Rose to restructure the custody agreement for their son after all, so we know it's capable of big things.
