It looks like Ty Dolla $ign's lawyer is putting in work out here. According to TMZ, the singer just struck a deal with prosecutors in his drug possession case in Georgia. The singer struck a deal last week with prosecutors who offered to scrub the charges off of his record if he completes a pretrial program. The singer will have to enter an online drug prevention program and also stay clean from weed and pharmaceutical drugs. Once that's complete, the two felonies and misdemeanor charges he was hit with will vanish from his record.

In Georgia, the program's referred to as a Second Chance program. The program consists of 13 weeks, usually. Ty Dolla $ign will not only have to stay sober but he'll also be subject to random drug tests throughout the course of the program. Ty's lawyer, Steve Sadow, managed to score the deal after meeting with prosecutors and pointing out some of the flaws in the case.

Ty Dolla $ign was arrested just outside of Atlanta last year on his way to Cellairis Amphitheatre at Lakewood for one of the remaining dates on the "Endless Summer" tour which headlined by G-Eazy with support from Lil Uzi Vert and YBN Nahmir. Police pulled over the vehicle the singer was in and discovered marijuana and cocaine. He was later charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of cocaine.
